TITAN TOUGH REAR ALUMINUM SPROCKETS
Titan Tough sprockets have been tested and proven to outwear any other sprocket on the market. Our 7075-T6 alloy sprockets are processed through a form of hard anodizing It actually penetrates and coats the aluminum. This is the only way to achieve a surface hardness exceeding 60 on the Rockwell B scale Titan Tough sprockets are MANUFACTURED IN THE UNITED STATES. Alloy sprockets are available with the hardened TITAN TOUGH finish by special order.
HOT SLOTS, ULTRA LITE, REVERSIBLE
Hot Slots, Ultra Lite and Reversible are available for all rear sprockets, machined from 7075-T6 aluminum HOT SLOTS = Self cleaning slots / grooves are machined, every tooth, steel and aluminum. ULTRA LITE = Additional holes are placed, reducing un-sprung weight and adding a very 'trick' appearance. REVERSIBLE = An option available for more uniform wear.
STEEL REAR SPROCKETS
Most of these are imported. They have proven to be of excellent quality. Each is of high carbon steel, with lightening holes at no extra cost, individually packaged.
STEEL FRONT SPROCKETS
The majority of these are MANUFACTURED IN THE UNITED STATES. Each one is heat treated and wheel abraded. Quality is unsurpassed! From 10 through 26 teeth
Stealth sprockets are the perfect compromise between weight and durability. Each sprocket has a anodized aluminum center with long lasting hardened steel teeth. The center is joined with the teeth using Titanium rivets. The sprocket ring is non-replaceable.
