All orders must be received before 12:00pm CST (Monday - Friday) for second day and 3 Day Select service. Some items may not be available for express shipping. (Please note: The billing name, address and zip code must match with your issuing bank records and be verifiable by Indysuperbikes Inc. in order for your order to be processed in a timely manner.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Any returns & exchanges are at the sole discretion of Indysuperbikes Inc, and are moderated by the terms below. You must obtain a parts return authorization number from Indysuperbikes before returning any parts. We are not responsible for any parts returned without a proper return authorization number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES on APPAREL:

number from Indysuperbikes before returning any apparel. We are not responsible for any apparel returned without a proper return authorization number. All
apparel must be returned within 10 days of receiving it. Returns for exchange for a different size are subject to a $20.00 charge for shipping expenses to and from the distributor. Any apparel item on closeout is non returnable so be sure the item you order is the correct size before ordering. Indysuperbikes suggests trying the item on at a local shop before ordering to avoid exchanges. Returns not for exchange are subject to our standard 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not Refundable.

RETURN POLICY:
No returns accepted after 30 days.
Parts must be in 100% resalable condition.
Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling, to and from
Indysuperbikes Inc. on all orders placed.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No canceled orders are allowed on special order items.
No returns on special order parts, electrical items, books or manuals.

DAMAGED GOODS:
Inspect all orders immediately upon receiving them to check for any damage. If there is any damage to any of the products in your order, please contact the delivering carrier at once. Keep the shipping carton and all packaging material. Indysuperbikes, Inc. cannot initiate the claim with UPS. Once you have a claim number call us to obtain a return authorization number.

RETURNING AN ITEM:
All returns require a return authorization number, which can be obtained by calling Indysuperbikes at (866) 463-9720 (866-INDYSB0) Mon-Fri., between 10:00am and 6:00pm Central Standard Time. For more information, you may email us at Sales@Indysuperbikes.com. We cannot accept any returns without a return authorization number. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice when returning any parts, and send via insured and prepaid shipping to:

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. International customers are responsible for customs on returned items. Returns due to shipping error or manufacturer defect will be replaced at our discretion.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
On all special orders, a 100% deposit is required. Please allow 30-90 days shipping time on special orders. No returns or refunds are given on special orders. Indysuperbikes deals with many international distributors to provide a large unique selection of products, so be patient when you order a custom part. Please be sure you are willing to wait before you order a special item. We will do everything we can to expedite your order for the fastest turn around time possible.

FOREIGN ORDERS:
Must be pre-paid in US Money Order, Certified Bank Draft or Western Union Wire Transfer. Shipping fees will be added to the order. All overseas orders (except APO addresses) are subject to a $25.00 service fee to cover any possible credit card verification expenses and handling fees. For overseas orders placed with a credit card, a fax verification with a copy of a photo ID and credit card will be required with a signature authorizing the full amount of the order including all shipping fees. NO WARRANTY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED is made on any products made or sold by Indysuperbikes Inc. All descriptions given by Indysuperbikes as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Indysuperbikes cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. Indysuperbikes shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.

LIABILITY:
Some items in on our website may not be legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle. Indysuperbikes does sell some performance products that are intended for racing vehicles only and are not applicable for use on pollution-controlled street/highway vehicles. The use of products obtained from Indysuperbikes is at the sole discretion of the purchaser.

The purchaser of any product from Indysuperbikes releases Indysuperbikes from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.
