The highest quality prepreg carbon fiber products available today are produced at the CarboTech state-of-the-art facility in Austria. CarboTech uses only the latest technology in developing and producing their products. Parts such as fenders and fairings are produced with the highest grade carbon fiber,
Carbon/Kevlar weave and UV-stabilized epoxy resin.
All parts are CNC water jet cut, and all mounting holes are CNC water jet cut. All edges are sanded and finished using specialized sanders to
maintain OEM tolerance. Each part is inspected to assure that you are getting the highest
quality part.
Carbon Fiber Bodyworks and Tanks: These are made from an
extremely light and strong Carbon-Kevlar mixed-texture and epoxy resins, which are also used in aircraft industries. It is possible to get these products with Carbon-Fiber view on the outside.
Carbon Fiber Fenders and Covers: These are constructed from high-quality Carbon Fiber and UV-resistant epoxy resins. Parts like frame and tank-protectors are made from a strong Carbon-Kevlar construction on the inside.
